  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with potential and high value customers.
  • Set up compensation and bonuses (loyalty programs) according to guidelines.
  • Track and report on the performance of VIP players against agreed targets.
  • Use data available to produce relevant commercial strategy to target lapsing high end players.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of requests and solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Manage players accounts.
  • Proactively initiate activities to generate value to our players and increase their engagement to our products.
  • Organise data collection and analysis to measure and report the results.
  • Liaise with Campaign, Content and CRM team to optimize communication with VIP players.

Our expectations:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position in the Gambling/E-gaming/Sports & Casino field.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to connect and reconnect to high value customers, build a relationship with a dedicated group of players.
  • Customer focused & sales oriented. Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships.
  • High level of English proficiency – written and verbal.
  • Self-starter and work well within a team environment.
  • Target / KPI’s driven.
  • Deep understanding and interest in the games / online marketing field.
  • BS/BA degree – advantage.
  • German, Nordic language – big advantage
