Responsibilities:

The position covers several aspects of B2C marketing and requires close cooperation with Sales and Affiliates Teams, Sports Marketing Team and Casino Manager. The position includes: update the website content, upload new casino games, execute emails/SMS campaigns, monitor player activity and handle marketing needs of the acquisition department.

  •  Coordination and execution of innovative promotions, contests, advertising, and telemarketing/social media campaigns
  • Create landing pages, newsletter and banners for acquisition department
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer base
  • Analyze and fully segment the customer base in order to deliver effective customer communications to all customer segments
  • Delivery of CRM campaigns: Create load and test HTML emails/ SMS / push notifications and follow up on campaign performance
  • Follow up with execution of monthly reports on CRM activity: Track response, traffic, click-troughs and other key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and offering advice and guidance on optimization
  • Regular competition analysis – promotions and product aspect
  • Monitor customer activity on a daily basis
