Your role:

  • Analyzing and optimizing campaigns, supporting affiliates with content, site, and account management.
  • Integrate new Affiliate Marketing strategies.
  • Manage budget, team KPIs, Build strategic road plan and goals, and report back to CMO.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues;
  • Take full responsibility of the affiliate program on all company assets;
  • Maintain a high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback to CMO;
  • Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns;
  • Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth;
  • Represent Dedicated Media at industry conferences;
  • Manage top tier accounts and develop an affiliate contact management strategy;
  • Teach and mentor junior level team members on affiliate marketing;
  • Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel;
  • Recruit and train new affiliate account managers;
  • This job position will require you to build the affiliate team

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-starter and work well within a team environment
  • Strong recruitment and negotiation skills

  • Able to succeed in and enjoy a fast-paced, quick-witted environment
