Currently we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our growing and dynamic team on the position of Key Account Operator.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering customer questions and requests via e-mails and live chat
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries
• Managing customer accounts and balances
• Recording transactions
• Preparing reports to customers
• Recording details of actions taken

  OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree (Economics, Accounting, Finance – would be considered a great advantage)
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken
• Previous experience in related field customer service is an advantage
• Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•  Great customer oriented approach
• Attention to details and accuracy

• Proactive and effective team player
• Available to work in shifts (including evening shifts) and weekends
