Job Description


– Answering customer questions and requests via e-mails and live chat
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries
– Handling and resolving customer inquiries
– Managing customer accounts and balances
– Recording transactions
– Preparing reports to customers
– Recording details of actions taken


– University degree (Economics, Accounting, Finance – would be considered a great advantage)
– Fluency in English – both written and spoken
– Previous experience in related field customer service is an advantage
– Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Great customer oriented approach
– Attention to details and accuracy
– Adaptive and Initiative
– Proactive and effective team player
– Available to work in shifts (including evening shifts) and weekends
