Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

Main Responsibilities Description:

  • Establish and maintain daily communication with existing/potential customers
  • Identify client’s needs and providing high level customer service
  • Maintain customer accounts by recording information
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators as defined for the role
  • Drive sales volume via outbound calls
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers
  • Keep good communication with other company’s departments

Our requirements:

  • Proven sales experience 1 – 3 years
  • Fluency in English
  • Sales Oriented
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Highly energetic, proactive and positive individual
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
