POSITION DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities Description:
- Establish and maintain daily communication with existing/potential customers
- Identify client’s needs and providing high level customer service
- Maintain customer accounts by recording information
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
- Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators as defined for the role
- Drive sales volume via outbound calls
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers
- Keep good communication with other company’s departments
Our requirements:
- Proven sales experience 1 – 3 years
- Fluency in English
- Sales Oriented
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Highly energetic, proactive and positive individual
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Advantages:
