Your Role:

You will partner directly with executive leadership, influence strategic decisions at company scale, and lead high‑impact AI initiatives across all domains. How You’ll Make an Impact:

Strategic Vision & Innovation (The "AI Roadmap")

Define and own the company‑wide AI strategy aligned with core business goals.
Identify high‑value AI opportunities for revenue growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
Monitor AI trends and translate them into actionable opportunities.
Collaborate with C‑level stakeholders to prioritize AI initiatives across departments.

Technology & Architecture (The “Buy‑vs‑Build”)

Make strategic decisions on using commercial, open‑source, or custom‑built AI models.
Partner with the CDO to ensure data readiness, quality, and accessibility for AI use.
Define the AI technology stack, including MLOps tools, vector databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Operational Assimilation & Execution

Integrate AI solutions into core business systems and daily workflows.
Redesign processes where needed to fully leverage AI, not just automate existing tasks.
Oversee model performance, retraining, and continuous improvement.

Governance & Risk Management

Establish internal AI usage policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with security teams to safeguard data and prevent AI‑related risks.
Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and the EU AI Act.
Promote responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.

Culture & Change Management

Lead company‑wide AI enablement and upskilling programs.
Support teams through organizational changes as AI capabilities evolve.
Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and AI‑first thinking.
Attract and retain top AI and data talent.

Who You Are:

A senior AI leader with 10–15 years of experience, including leadership roles.
Proven track record of delivering impactful AI and ML solutions at scale.
Experienced in influencing executives, boards, and cross‑functional teams.
Strong technical foundation in ML, AI, LLMs, and generative AI technologies.
Skilled in building AI systems end‑to‑end: from data foundations to deployment and monitoring.
Knowledgeable in MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI architecture.
Deep understanding of data governance, model quality, and ethical AI practices.
Fluent in AI regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Effective communicator who can drive cultural change and build an AI‑driven organization.
