Your Team:

The integration team designs and manages systems that ensure seamless data flow between platforms and services, focusing on efficient API communication and integration. They work closely with both internal teams and B2B clients to deliver tailored, scalable solutions, while maintaining clear documentation and providing ongoing support to address any integration issues. Additionally, they leverage emerging technologies to continuously improve integration processes and ensure system efficiency. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Integration Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable integration systems that support seamless data flow.
• API Development & Technical Implementation: Ensure secure, efficient API communication across platforms. Use programming skills (PHP, Java, C#) to implement, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations.
• Client Collaboration & Support: Work directly with B2B clients to understand needs, deliver tailored solutions, and resolve integration issues. Provide support during and after implementation.
• Project Leadership & Initiative: Lead cross-functional integration projects, take ownership, and proactively drive results with a problem-solving mindset.
• Documentation & Monitoring: Create clear, user-friendly documentation for internal and client use. Monitor system logs and performance, with familiarity in platforms like GCP or OpenSearch.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Integration Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of integration technologies, APIs, and programming languages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
