Your Role:

We are looking for a proactive and analytically driven Business Analyst to join our growing Data & AI organization. In this role, you will explore data, analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and help shape the data-driven direction of the company. You will work cross-functionally with AI engineering, data architecture, BI, and executive leadership to deliver insights and solutions that improve business outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Data Exploration & Insight Generation

Independently explore large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
Conduct exploratory data analyses (EDA) and build hypothesis-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Business Process & Requirements Analysis

Map and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Translate business challenges into clear analytical questions and actionable requirements for data engineering and AI teams.
Define and document KPIs, success metrics, and analytical frameworks.

Metrics, Dashboards & AI Opportunities

Recommend new metrics, dashboards, and analytical models that add value to the business.
Identify automation or AI use cases—such as forecasting, anomaly detection, or personalization—based on data patterns and stakeholder needs.
Collaborate closely with BI, data engineering, and AI teams to ensure the successful delivery of insights and solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between business teams and the data organization, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
Work directly with executive management to support strategic initiatives.

Execution & Continuous Improvement

Support the implementation and adoption of data-driven initiatives.
Continuously monitor and enhance existing dashboards, KPIs, and processes.
Advocate for best practices in analytics, measurement, and data-driven decision-making.

Who You Are:

Core Experience & Technical Skills

2–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or analytics consulting.
Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience exploring large datasets.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and basic statistical methods.
Ability to write clear business and technical requirements.

Soft Skills & Mindset

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
Excellent communication skills; able to present insights to both executive and technical audiences.
Curious, proactive, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments.
Passionate about leveraging data, automation, and AI to drive impactful business outcomes.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in cross-functional data environments (BI, engineering, AI, product).
Background in fintech or iGaming is a plus.
Exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, or automation initiatives.
Familiarity with Python/R, ETL/ELT concepts, or cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a bonus.
