Your Team:

We are seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead and mature the change management and release governance processes across our R&D organization.
This role ensures that all software, infrastructure, and configuration changes are introduced into production in a controlled, transparent, and compliant manner - meeting both internal quality standards and the strict regulatory requirements of the iGaming industry.

As a key bridge between R&D, DevOps, and Compliance, the specialist will coordinate closely with our Compliance team to ensure that every change aligns with applicable licensing, jurisdictional, and audit standards while maintaining operational agility and system stability.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Own and manage the R&D change management process, ensuring that all changes follow approved governance, risk, and quality standards.
• Review, assess, and approve change requests (RFCs), validating technical risk, impact, testing evidence, and rollback strategies.
• Collaborate proactively with the Compliance team to ensure that all change activities and documentation align with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, providing clear visibility into release schedules, dependencies, and risk evaluations.
• Ensure traceability and audit readiness for all changes through proper documentation, ticketing, and approval tracking.
• Work with DevOps and QA teams to embed compliance and risk validation steps into CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Security to validate access control, segregation of duties, and deployment authorizations.
• Track and report on change KPIs, including change success rate, emergency changes, and failure trends, providing insights for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement of the change process to increase efficiency and automation without compromising compliance.
• Support regulatory audits and investigations by providing evidence of release approvals, change logs, and audit trails.
• Participate in incident reviews, identifying root causes and implementing corrective/preventive measures related to change management.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in change, release, or configuration management within regulated R&D or DevOps environments (iGaming, fintech, telecom, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of ITIL change management principles and software delivery governance.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Proven ability to collaborate with Compliance, Security, and Operations to align technical change control with regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with data protection and gaming regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
