Your Role:

As the Senior Product Owner for BI, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our business intelligence products. You’ll act as the key connection between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring BI initiatives deliver measurable value and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify BI product needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements

• Champion the BI product vision across teams and facilitate agile product development processes

• Manage the product backlog, plan iterations, and elaborate user stories to support development cycles

• Build and maintain BI product roadmaps across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and visibility across IT and business teams

• Partner with Scrum Masters to run effective release planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Ensure all BI product functionality is properly documented and accessible

• Develop communication and training strategies for newly released features

• Proactively address and resolve user satisfaction issues to improve adoption and overall experience.

Who You Are

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Experienced Product Owner in a technology‑driven environment, with a track record of writing epics and user stories and guiding them through acceptance

• Skilled in producing detailed PRDs, user stories, and mockups

• Proficient in visual modeling and diagramming to support documentation and stakeholder alignment

• Analytical and solution‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities

• Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Power BI, JIRA Agile, SharePoint, and Confluence
