We are currently looking for an experienced Automation QA Specialist with a strong background in mobile application testing using Appium, to help drive our automation strategy forward.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and Maintain Test Automation: Develop robust frameworks for web and mobile platforms using Java, Selenium, and Appium.
- BDD Testing: Write and maintain Cucumber-based BDD test scripts for end-to-end, regression, and smoke testing.
- Implement Best Practices: Apply design patterns such as the Page Object Model (POM).
- API Testing: Conduct API tests using tools like RestAssured or Postman.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Cross-Platform Testing: Leverage cloud platforms like BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device automation testing.
- Analysis and Optimization: Analyze test results, identify issues, and improve test coverage and reliability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, manual QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless release cycles.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in test automation.
