Next-level player engagement suite, unique sports jackpot solution, a comprehensive proactive chat feature… This and much more was part of Delasport’s showcase during iGB L!VE 2025 in London last week.
Our area was visited by dozens of iGaming professionals – some are current partners of ours, others are future ones, but we had amazing conversations with all of them.
Player Engagement
The showstopper was our in-house player engagement suite. With its sleek 3D look and an abundance of retention features, it stole the spotlight and made numerous operators consider benefiting from it, despite having a third-party solution in place.
Endless possibilities for creating missions, rewards, achievements, and tournaments and making everything work instantly or in real time, is becoming a decisive factor for iGaming business owners.
A Sports Jackpot Like No Other
As expected, SuperPot was the other main point of interest at our stand. Operators wanted to see and touch a sports jackpot solution that can mix sports and markets, as well as provide local or network pots.
What some of them loved the most was the real-time ‘Standings’ tab where participants can see how their tickets are doing compared to the rest.
What’s even better: SuperPot is a separate product that can be integrated regardless of the sportsbook or platform provider.
Proactive Chat
One more new Delasport feature made its debut during iGB L!VE. Our comprehensive Proactive Chat functionality was instantly appreciated by both big and small operators who know the importance of keeping their players from leaving without reaching out.
With a ton of automated triggers, customer support agents are able to identify players who are struggling with their experience on the platform. In an instant they can get in touch and assist the player with registration, deposit, placing a bet, or anything else they may have an issue with.
Low Balance Notification
Our proprietary Booster Panel for Casino is getting more and more enhancements. The latest one is the Low Balance Notification, letting a player know that their funds are below a certain threshold and their game may be interrupted soon. If they decide to follow the notification’s lead, they can deposit more funds while the game runs in the background. Zero hassle, zero interruption. Just like everything in our Booster panel.
Continuous Expansion
An ongoing topic of conversation was also Delasport’s continuous global expansion into more regulated markets. With the latest big deals in Brazil, Ontario, and the UK, we had a lot to talk about with ambitious operators from all over the world.
